We are looking forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C. for the board meeting and the Partners Tour! 

Pricing for the partners tour: 

  • $1,300 per person for touring costs and meals (payment due to USIEA upon registration)

  • $618 a night for USIEA room block at The Waldorf Hotel (reserve your room here)

  • Flight cost is not included in tour package (flights are booked on own by participants)

Flight and Transportation Information: 

  • Please arrive by Sunday, May 4 at 4pm EST (transportation to hotel on own).

  • Please leave no earlier than Friday, May 9 at 12pm EST (transportation to airport on own).

  • All transportation during the tour will be provided.

Register and Pay: 

Register to secure your spot today for the Partners Tour! A payment of $1,300 per person is due upon registration. Registration covers all meals, tour fees, and transportation.

Be sure to adjust the quantity to 2 on the link below if you are paying for you and your spouse.

Hotel:​​

  • USIEA room block is at The Waldorf Hotel (reserve your room here). 

    • Besides the booking link, guests can make or modify reservations via phone call at +1 2026951100 or email DCAWA.RES@waldorfastoria.com  with Group Code: 92B

  • If you wish to arrive early or extend your stay, go ahead and reserve the nights you need within the tour window. Then, reach out to DCAWA.RES@waldorfastoria.com to request adding on a night. The room rate in our block cannot be guaranteed for those dates. However, the hotel has agreed to strive to honor the rate or the best available rate based upon the hotel's availability.
